Join our Finance Team
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Accounts Clerk. This position offers the opportunity to develop your career with an experienced and professional Finance team.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Responsible for any daily banking requirements and preparing prior day cash sheets including investigating any differences incurred.
- Reviewing Suppliers Aging on a weekly basis and assisting in preparing weekly payment runs ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
- Making ledger entries and ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Prepare and send out monthly Member statements and chasing up any balances due.
- Chase any outstanding invoices from previous months.
- Reconcile accounts and balance company financials.
- Review accounts inbox and ensure that all queries assigned to you are responded to.
- Any other ad hoc work requested by senior management in order to ensure the smooth running of the operation
Who are we looking for:
- Preferred experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work well on own initiative under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong communication and effective time management skills.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality service to both colleagues, Members and Guests
