Approved Care and Support are a private care provider. We are built on many years’ experience and are passionate about providing a quality service in and around the Shrewsbury area. We currently have positions available, and are looking for people to join our lovely team. We have vacancies for both male and female care workers.
We are currently offering a £300 bonus for joining us through this advert!
To reduce travel time we only cover one postcode area which means you spend less time in your car and more time with your lovely customers.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to drive, and have access to a vehicle.

We pay from £10.40 per hour, plus holiday pay, plus travel time. If you were to work 40 hours per week your average annual income would be approximately £24,445.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Care worker or similar role desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
- A positive welcoming attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of care to our customers.
- Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business, there are full-time and part time, evening and weekend positions available.
- A genuine caring nature, empathy and a positive attitude is required for this position.
Responsibilities for Care Worker
- Dressing and undressing.
- Washing/bathing/showering/ shaving/cleaning teeth.
- Toileting and all aspects of personal hygiene.
- Administration of Medication.
- Getting in and out of bed.
- Food preparation.
- General cleaning duties.
- Shopping.
