The Role

We're based in Milton Keynes in a 9000m2 warehouse that has just undergone a £7.5m investment with our new automated market leading robotic goods to person picking system.

We are looking for an amazing and multi-talented Team Leader to join us working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

You'll be a natural with being deep into the detail, have a liking for accuracy and things being in order. You'll possess a logical and analytical mindset, be brilliant at understanding numbers and be resourceful in resolving at times some complex stock issues. A polite and friendly manner is essential as you'll be the go-to person when your colleagues need help with stock.

You'll be leading a small dedicated team of 5/10 skilled operatives and possess a flair for efficiency, driving out opportunities for errors and consistently providing accurate and timely service to both internal and external customers which at times can have tight and demanding timelines.

Health & Safety standards are vital, as is the development of our people while driving down costs and seeking operational and process improvements. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, but most importantly you'll be the inspirational leader who provides the passion that ignites a brilliant team to win and succeed!

The need to have proven experience of managing people in a similar capacity is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
