CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ONLY DRIVERS !
We are looking for care workers and support workers to work within the community (adults and children) based throughout:
South Central: Sparkhill, Sparkbrook, Acocks Green, Kings Heath, Hall Green, Shirley, Yardley, Edgbaston, Highgate, Mosley
East: Bordesley Green, Small Heath, Alum Rock, Tyseley, Stechford, Garretts Green
West: Handsworth, Aston, New Town, Erdington, Great Barr
Solihull: B90,B91,B92, B93
Experience is not essential for this role as we provide a specialised induction training programme and ongoing support, additional training, and guidance for all of our staff.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting people with social and physical activities
- Undertaking the tasks detailed in care and support plans using a person-centered approach and in the least intrusive way
- Maintaining detailed accurate records in respect of care and medication support given and tasks undertaken
- Observing and promoting the Clients' choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfillment and other rights
