About The Role
You will spend one year in three different areas of the finance team: accounts payable, accounts receivable and management accounts. You will be part of a motivated and dedicated team, supporting the wider business and working closely with worldwide customers. Our business is a third-generation owned family business, that is drastically expanding, so this is truly an opportunity to be part of an ever growing, inclusive business!
Across the three year, tasks and duties will include:
- Ensure supplier invoices are processed and paid within agreed timescales
- Reconcile cashbooks and run month end reports
- Learn and use credit control skills to assist the existing team in resolving aged debt and queries
- Assist in dealing with questions and calls from customers, suppliers and auditors
- Support the management accounts team in the month end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in coding invoices and monthly cost centre reviews
- Provide general support to the finance team as required in resolving queries and analysing data
About You
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade 4 and above ( A* - C) ) compulsoryAbout Us

The site will be operational in 2023 and will showcase a variety of high-tech automation to serve the packing of fresh fruit and vegetables to major retailers. The business has invested heavily into this facility which further demonstrates the growth plans for the Group. AM FRESH employs around 700 people and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
