Overview of role
Location: Walthamstow
Key Accountabilities
- To pro-actively identify issues and escalate when required.
- To work with all departments on site and relevant Head Office departments.
- To be responsible for placing orders for a wide variety of stock for all departments.
- Be proactive in resolution of any queries, dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Deal with invoices daily to ensure they are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide clear and up to date information to the Facilities Manager as required.
- Maintain a current knowledge of all Facilities processes including SAP, Laundry and locker control, Security, Contractors, Ordering protocols, and other tasks.
The Right Person
- Demonstratable experience in managing a mixed portfolio of tasks.
- Strong computer literacy, preferably with experience in SAP.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage own workload within set targets.
- Strong attention to detail.
