About The Role

Up for grabs is a fantastic opportunity for a Driver Team Manager to lead our transport operation teams at Hinckley. Reporting directly to our Fleet and Transport Manager, you will efficiently manage a team of drivers and ensure that the Transport / Fleet function delivers financial and customer service objectives, ensuring it operates legally and within all Health & Safety obligations to drivers and members of the public.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Tacho Rules/Regulations covering drivers hours and fleet
- Evidence of planning and organisational skills
- Numerate and IT literate
- Results orientated
- Strong commercial focus
- In return we will offer you 4 weeks paid Holiday plus Bank Holidays per annum rising with length of service to a maximum of 6 weeks paid Holiday plus Bank Holidays.
