Hours: 16:00 - 22:00 Monday - Friday - some occasional weekends

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Housekeeping Team Member

The Team Member will be based primarily at Department Leeds Dock. As a multi-site organisation, there may be requirement to lead on other events, projects, and locations across All Work & Social’s portfolio.

The Team Member will be organised, impeccably well presented, conscientious and hard working. They understand personal and collective success. They contribute to positive experiences for guests through strong communication and rapport building. The role requires a committed and agile person who will adapt to challenges and maintain high standards under pressure.

Key Areas of Responsibility

HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS:

❖ Deliver outstanding experiences for our guests
❖ Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and proactively recognise potential risks, where necessary take agreed action or report to management

❖ Communicate effectively with Team Members and Management to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for guests

❖ Participate positively in training sessions and identify opportunities to assist with onboarding or skill-sharing with new Team Members
❖ Embody the high hospitality standards throughout each venue and be a brand representative when on duty
❖ Champion All Work & Social’s brand values and embody the All Belong policy to drive an inclusive environment for internal team members and guests

❖ Carrying out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows

❖ Removing old food from communal fridges or cupboards and disposing of waste

❖ Emptying the rubbish and recycling bins

❖ Cleaning spills or accidents and thoroughly disinfecting an area afterwards

❖ Keep cleaning supplies stocked

❖ Maintaining cleaning equipment in full working order

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £10.90 per hour
