By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. Joining AJW as a Customer Service Specialist, you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities.

What you will be doing

• Managing the core return process for the PARTS/PBH teams to meet KPI’s
• Check contact manager daily and process Adhoc/PBH cores
• Help the Customer Service team chase outstanding exchanges/loans where required
• Deal with any resulting queries regarding trace, damage, warranty etc
• Escalate query cores to resolve ASAP and close
• Run outstanding exchange, 3rd party, late fee and loan charges reports
• Help the Customer Service team manage and close 3rd party exchanges in timely manner avoiding late fees
• Review open loans and bills, check late fee reports and all notes, and bill accordingly
• System and order cleansing
• Processing PO and SO convert to sales
