JOB PURPOSE
As a member of the FP&A team, this role is responsible for producing the reporting of the Group's financial results. You will be supporting the Senior Finance Manager, producing both internal management reporting and supporting external financial reporting.

PERSONAL PROFILE
As a member of the FP&A team, this role is responsible for producing the reporting of the Group's financial results. You will be supporting the Senior Finance Manager, producing both internal management reporting and supporting external financial reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External Announcements
- Support quarterly, interim and year-end announcement process including drafting of instructions and management of timetable
- FP&A contact with regards to external audit process
Monthly Board Reporting
- Support in the preparation of monthly Board report, including supporting schedules (Group P&L, regional P&Ls, etc.)
Weekly Sales Reporting
- Run the weekly sales reports process for distribution to Senior Management
- Prepare sensitivities and "to go" analysis on quarterly comparable sales
Forecasts and Budgets
- Run the retail sales and store movements budgeting and forecast process
- Assist with preparation of Board materials for forecasts, budgets and rolling forecasts (as required)
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and data requests
- Assist with Group model for long-term planning
Other
- Responding to a significant amount of ad hoc queries, and analysis as required, prioritising work effectively to ensure that these queries are responded to on a timely basis
- Support with capex approvals and post investment analysis
- Continuously improve the processes, controls and quality of deliverables, challenge current ways of working to make these more efficient and effective
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Qualified accountant ACA/CIMA
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills with experience of building and working with complex models and large data sets
- Focusses on continuous process improvement, and driving efficiencies
- Demonstrates a commercial mind-set, and understanding of business
- Ability to build strong relationships, both with the wider Finance team globally and throughout the business
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements
