Senior Finance Manager
On the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Audit and Accounts Manager to join one of N.I.’s most successful accountancy firms. As the Senior Audit and Accounts Manager, you’ll be leading a team of professionals, managing a diverse and exciting range of client accounts, and delivering exceptional audit and accounting services.
Working from a recently refurbished Belfast city centre office you’ll have many luxuries at your fingertips such as an equiped office gym and more. Hybrid working is also available in this progressive and contemporary firm.
Incentives:
- £50k – £60k (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and lead a team of auditors and accountants to deliver timely and accurate audit and accounting services to clients
- Plan and execute audit and accounting engagements in line with auditing and accounting standards
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide advice on accounting and auditing matters
- Review audit and accounting reports and financial statements prepared by the team
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and standards, and implement changes as required
- Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development.
What You’ll Need:
- ACA/ACCA qualification with at least 7 years of experience in audit and accounting
- Strong experience managing teams and multiple client engagements
- Excellent knowledge of audit and accounting standards and principles
