I am recruiting a marketing specialist to support our operational marketing campaigns. These include data launches to clients, campaigns and campaigns requesting participation in industry surveys.
You will work ensure that all collateral is updated and available in a timely fashion and email campaigns are created using our marketing automation software, Marketo.
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a self-starter with the confidence to manage these operational campaigns from beginning to end.
Key responsibilities
- Work with relevant managers to ensure sales collateral are updated and available for launch
- Proposal documents (Word)
- Slides for sales presentation decks (PowerPoint)
- In-product updates
- Work with design colleagues to ensure product factsheets are updated
- Set up email campaigns in Marketo, based on EMI’s standard templates.
- Work with design colleagues to create social assets, but no InDesign skills needed.
- Use Google Analytics to track marketing campaign performance, as required
