Due to experiencing substantial growth, we are now looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our rapidly increasing Warehouse team. These roles can be full-time, part time, or flexible/variable hours to meet your needs. The role is initially available for three months to support us during our busy pre-christmas period, but there will be opportunities for the job to be made permanent for the right people, if this is desired.

About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will work in various areas of the warehouse completing both inbound and outbound activities in relation to processing orders. Other duties include:-

• Picking customer orders with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
• Receiving and storing incoming goods using our internal processes.
• Packing and shipping customer orders with a high level of accuracy, quality and productivity.
• Consistently achieving performance standards set for each department.
• Adhering to strict safety, quality, hygiene and security standards.

About you

You will have the following experience and skills:-

• Experience of working in a warehouse environment is preferable.
• A strong work ethic combined with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Initiative to work on own whilst also being a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
