Graduate Project Manager

Main areas of responsibility:
- Delivering small projects
- Managing the agile delivery of a wider team, capturing sprint activities, managing a KANBAN (Scheduling System)
- Liaising with team members to estimate, prioritise and check progress of sprint activities.
- Following up with clients to understand their needs, taking minutes during project meetings and analysing statistical data
- Preparing performance and ranking reports and weekly progress updates
- Communicating with team members through presentations and educating them on marketing tools and strategies
- Assisting in data collection, development and analysis to enable effective decision making and goal setting
- Communicating with clients to cultivate and maintain good relationships
- Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource and process management.

You have the interpersonal skills necessary to work well with others.- You have a strong desire to learn and realise your full potential.
- You are independent in your approach to work and are able to set priorities and organise others, but you also know when to ask for assistance from those around you.
- You are interested in modern gadgets.
- You are comfortable with feedback loops and sharing progress openly with your team and customers.
- You are familiar with the fundamentals of the Agile methodology and have no trouble picking up new skills on the job.

Security Vetting
Due to the nature of our business and clients, all our roles require a valid and active UK government security clearance (at least SC). In very exceptional circumstances such as for recent graduates we may be able to assist in obtaining this.
