You will earn between £40,000 - £50,000 in your first year alone. This, plus an array of exciting incentives such as Ibiza & Barbados holidays, ski trips and monthly Rolex’s to be won, make this company the perfect place to start & finish your recruitment career!
The Culture:
The company prides itself on the culture they have created; they have found a good balance between prolific work ethic and ambition with an exciting social side, often hosting huge office parties and taking consultants on all-expense paid holidays to Ibiza and Las Vegas. They also have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, whereby consultants are determined to grow both as individuals and in their careers.
The Earning:
- 6-figures within 4 years (maximum)
- Strong commission structure (up to 40% of your billings)
- £23-27k basic salary
- OTE Year 1 guaranteed£40,000 - £50,000
Your Profile:
- Strong commercial experience in a similar field (e.g. Real Estate, Sales - phone/F2F) and/or Recent graduate from University (2020, 2021 & 2022 grads)
- A natural ability to build relationships quickly
- Driven by success and/or money
- Strong work ethic

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
