Come and join our team based in Daventry, NN11 8NF as a Warehouse Operative, working in a Frozen Environment. *please note suitable PPE and additional breaks are provided *

Full Training Provided - No experience necessary - Starts ASAP

Shift and Pay Information for Warehouse Operative

• 4 days on 4 days off
• Fixed Days 06.00 - 17.30
• Fixed Nights 18.00 - 05.30
• Day Pay Rate £12.61 per hour plus £0.79 per hour of attendance bonus, works out as £13.40 per hour.
• Night Pay Rate £15.49 per hour plus £0.79 per hour of attendance bonus, works out as £16.28 per hour.
• Overtime available at £18.92 per hour for day shifts and £23.24 per hour for night shifts.

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Operative in Daventry, NN11 8NF:

• Large distribution facility with several departments including Recycling area and you will be required to work in the chiller or the freezer in which full PPE will be provided.
• Using voice headsets to pick, RF scanners, follow paper invoices, labelling cages and containers, stock checking.
• There will be some heavy lifting various pub items from menus to heavier items.
• Operating LLOP trucks for picking some items, training provided if no previous experience.
• Good eye for detail.
• Quality check
• Work as part of a team as well as lone working
• Have Full training provided

About you:

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic as a warehouse worker, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential as FULL training is provided.
