This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in quantity surveying and gain valuable experience within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Assist with the analysis of construction costs and preparation of cost estimates and cost plans.
- Assist with the preparation of final accounts and other financial statements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project costs are controlled and within budget.
- Assist with the valuation of variations and the preparation of claims for additional work.
- Assist with the measurement and valuation of works completed on site.
